The efficiency and professionalism of the team in China in charge of the organization. The expertise and friendliness of the team on the spot, guides, drivers… Attention to details and respect of the trip planning. Regular contact with the agency’s manager (on Wechat) to help us or answer our questions. We weren’t alone.
There was only one forgetting, quickly fixed, as much on site than later financially.
A group of friends, used to travels. It was a first discovery of China (outside of Tibet or the Himalayas, where we’ve already been several times).
Our trip in a few words: history, culture, religions in China (north China) with a more sporty approach sometimes. Exploring the Great Wall can also mean hiking on it for 4 days. We also climbed up Hua Shan mountain and its thousands of stairs. We also took very varied means of transportation: trains, cars, planes… with sometimes an unusual discovery: Beijing by sidecar… We also had 4 free days, without services, as we had asked for, in order to see how we could handle things on our own and discover some other things in another way (such as the air force museum).
